1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. However, the State respondents and its functionaries are represented by Mr. Siddiqui, learned A.G.P. duly assisted by Mr. Dhar, learned senior advocate and Mr. Adak, learned advocate.
3. On perusal of the earlier order dated 28th November, 2024 it appears that on the said date an accommodation has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner.
4. In course of his submission Mr. Dhar draws our attention to the order dated 27th September, 2023 as passed by the Tribunal which is under challenge in the instant writ petition.
5. It is submitted by Mr. Dhar that the learned Tribunal has also came to a finding that the original applicant who is the writ petitioner before us is not at all diligent to proceed with the matter.
6. It also appears to this Court that the writ petitioner is also not at all diligent in proceeding with the instant writ petition.
7. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPLRT 45 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
