The grievance of the petitioner is directed against a billing dispute raised by the respondent statutory authority.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the bill of Rs.81,418/- raised by the respondent statutory authority is exorbitant and unlawful.

The respondent statutory authority is represented and submits that the amount of Rs.81,418/- can be paid in two installments.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent statutory authority, the petitioner is directed to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.81,418/- in two installments. The first of such installment is to be paid by 7th of April, 2021 and the second installment is to be paid by the 7th of May, 2021.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 7560 of 2021 is disposed off.

It is made clear that the petitioner will continue to pay all the current bills in accordance with law.
