Mr. Kartick Chandra Bhattacharya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the order impugned being passed in a proceeding under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 is appealable under Section 9 thereof, as such; the revisional application assailing the said order is not maintainable.

C.O. 675 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable without any order as to costs.

As prayed for by Mr. Bhattacharya, leave is granted to the junior of Mr. Bhattacharya to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing the photocopy thereof. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
