This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear in the interview for filling up the post of Assistant Superintendent in a Girls'Hostel in North Bengal University which was scheduled to be held on March 18, 2007.

It is evident from the record that by an order dated March 14, 2007 the petitioner was permitted to appear at the said interview.

Therefore, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
