The learned advocate for the petitioner prays liberty to withdraw this writ petition to avail the benefit of settlement under West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Disputes) Act, 1999. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition to avail the benefit under the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Disputes) Act, 1999.
