The petitioner appears in person.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the information provided to him under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

It appears that the petitioner sought information in respect of an employee of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation who happens to be his elder brother. The said employee was appointed in the Kolkata Municipal Corporation on 12th May, 1969 and the educational qualification mentioned in the records of the Corporation is that the employee was B.Com passed of the year 1975 and he retired as Deputy Manager on 31st August, 2011.

The petitioner submits that the details and the documents submitted by the said employee are all fake and manufactured.

It appears that the petitioner, being the younger brother of the employee, may have particular

details of the said employee but he did not use the same as long as the employee was in service. After the relationship between the two brothers became sour, the petitioner at such a delayed point of time has sought to raise the issue of his brother obtaining employment relying upon false and fake documents.

The provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 ought not be used as a tool to agitate personal grievances.

As regards any personal allegation against the employee, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief. No further relief under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 can be granted in favour of the petitioner. 8.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
