D.Hira None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 04.05.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. This is a case with the petitioner's prayer for quashing of the Criminal Proceeding in G.R. Case no. 2670 of 2015, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly. The case is pertaining to Arambagh Police Station Case no. 1292 of 2015 dated 14.12.2015 under Sections323/354/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner says that the FIR and the other materials has not made out any case against him, so far as the above offences are concerned. He has prayed for quashing of the proceeding. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 828 of 2016 is dismissed.
