Affidavit-of-compliance has been filed wherefrom it appears that unauthorised construction has been detected and the Assistant Engineer-in-charge, Building Department, HMC has passed order on 25th July, 2024 directing the person responsible to cause self-demolition of the unauthorised/illegal construction.

As it appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

Contempt application stands disposed of.
