I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and I have gone through the restoration petition. Sufficient explanation has been given for absence of learned advocate for the petitioner on the day the matter was dismissed for default. Further, Mr. Majumder appearing for the Union of India, in his usual fairness does not oppose this application.

The order dated December 6, 2019 is recalled. W.P. No.5604 (W) of 2019 is restored to its original file and number.

Let the writ petition be listed under the heading 'Motion' next week.
