The report reflects that the order issuing proclamation has not been executed till date, as such, the ld. Court has fixed 14th May, 2024 for execution return. The records of the case reflect that the husband has already been granted bail, some of the relations have also been granted anticipatory bail. However, the present petitioners being the mother-in-law and the sister-in-law's application for anticipatory bail was rejected by a Hon'ble Division Bench of this court.

Ld. Advocate intends to exhaust remedies under the law for the purpose of liberty available to the present petitioners, which, according to the ld. Advocate, may be an impediment because of the pending proclamation which has been issued.

In view of the submissions so advanced, the execution return of the warrant of proclamation in respect of the orders passed by the ld. CJM, Howrah, be stayed till 22nd of May, 2024.

However, the warrant of arrest which has been issued will be in force and there will be no impediment for the investigating authority/policy authority to execute such warrant of arrest.

In case, the petitioners do not take step or appear on or before 22nd May, 2024, the ld. CJM, Howrah will revive the earlier proclamation so issued.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1082 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
