Bhakat ...for the State Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned P.P.-in-Charge and on perusal of the case diary, this Court finds that this is a fit case where the accused should be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, the accused may find bail of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, one of whom must be a local surety to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katwa with further condition that

if on bail he must meet the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional P.S. once in a fortnight till the completion of trial of the case and on the first date of his visit he shall submit an affidavit stating his residential address, Epic Card number and Aadhar Card number as well as mobile number, if any, to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned P.S. so that he may be traced out at any point of time. Learned Court below is at liberty to act on the server copy of this order.

CRM 2719 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
