Mandal ...for the State The petitioner was on probation as the Registrar of the Kazi Nazrul University. His probation was terminated by the university by an order dated March 14, 2023.

During pendency of this writ petition, the university has revoked the termination order and allowed the petitioner to continue serving on probation in the position of Registrar.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 6850 of 2023 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
