1. We find that a prayer has been made seeking a direction upon the Tribunal to dispose of the matter within a specific time frame. The issue is not in dispute that for want of Coram the matter could not be considered as there is no Judicial Member (Second Member) before the Tribunal.

2. In this circumstance which is not in dispute, we fail to understand as to how a direction can be issued to the Tribunal to consider the matter within a specified time frame.

3. We leave the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the Tribunal.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits, the writ petition is disposed of.
