Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested on 02.04.2025 and till date he is in custody.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary and opposed the prayer for bail. Petitioner is thickly connected with the instant case as eye-witnesses have seen him. The deceased sustained bullet injuries and succumbed to such injuries. Having regard to the heinousness of the offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

As such, the prayer for bail in CRM (M) 752 of 2026 is rejected.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
