Mr. Subhrajit Saha Ms. Debolina Sarkar Mr. Rajnil Mukherjee ....for the Petitioner Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharyya Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh ...for the State The petitioner alleges that he is dissatisfied with the result in respect of the recruitment examination held by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 17th November, 2019. Result whereof, was published in February 2021. There is no document in the writ application as to the challenge made by the aptitude test. Nothing has been shown before me that such aptitude test has been challenged by the petitioner by raising any objection thereto before filing this writ application. After being unsuccessful he has challenged the aptitude test in which he participated in November2019. This shows that had he been succeeded in the test, he would have raised no grievance. Hence this writ application does not have any cause of action, it is dismissed.
