Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 536 days. Two other co-accuseds were enlarged on bail by this Hon'ble Court. There is no specific role attributed to the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner asked his son to bring out firearm and shot the victim.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is hardly any materials change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
