Learned Advocate for the State is present and file a report. Le the same be kept with the record. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court for a direction upon the police authority for taking appropriate action on the complaint made by the petitioner to the Officer-in-Charge, Rampurhat Police Station, Birbhum Police District and the District Magistrate, Birbhum.

This Court considered the report submitted by the State/respondent and finds that on receipt of the complaint submitted by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and after the enquiry, it was found that prosecution against the alleged persons, namely, Milan Sk. son of Edal Sk., and Abdul Ali Ahmed, proprietor of M/s. Friendship Stone Quarry of Rampurhat Police Station, Birbhum District and PS NCR No. 663 of 2025

dated 23rd April, 2025 under Section 126/135(3) of BNSS was initiated, as regards the other allegations made by the petitioner could not be substantiated. The enquiry also reveals that the issue raised by the petitioner in the complaint is purely false as a civil in nature and as such, the police authority cannot resolve the same.

Considering the report submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Rampurhat P.S., DistrictBirbhum dated 30th April, 2025, this Court finds that nothing remains in the present writ application. With the above observations, the instant writ petition, being WPA 6661 of 2025, is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
