1. The matter has come up under the heading to be mentioned for ensuring compliance of the order dated 3rd April, 2025. In terms of the aforesaid order, the respondent No. 5 has filed an explanation in the form of an affidavit which is taken on record.

2. The petitioner would submit that in the interregnum, the respondent No. 6 has already liquidated the entire loan amount whereupon the loan account has been closed on 16th April, 2025 and No Due Certificate has been issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the petitioner. Let copy of the No Due Certificate issued by the Chief Executive Officer dated 16th April, 2025 and the receipt issued by the ICICI Bank confirming that a sum of Rs. 675410/- has been remitted from the bank account of respondent No. 6 to the Bank account of the petitioner is taken on record.

Although the explanation filed by the respondent No. 6 does not appear to be satisfactory, however, having regard to

the fact that there is no outstanding in respect of the loan account and the respondent No. 5 would, therefore, no longer be required to act on the basis of the requisition issued by the petitioner, I am of the view that nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the WPA 6665 of 2025 is disposed of without any further order.
