This instant revisional application pertains to the year 2017. It appears from the record that several opportunities were given to the petitioners despite the fact nobody appeared on behalf of either of the parties.

This case has been filed by the petitioners under Sections 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceedings in connection with Suri Police Station Case No. 223 of 2015 dated 02.07.2015 under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 corresponding to G.R. No. 676 of 2015, now pending before the Court of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Suri, Birbhum and Charge Sheet No. 290 of 2016 dated 22.08.2016 under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Despite pendency of this case since 2017, it seems that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the matter any further.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is, thus, dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

8.

Consequently, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Let the order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
