The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Contai Police Station in dealing with the complaint of assault. The writ petitioner claims to be the teacher-incharge of the School. 3.

The Managing Committee and the Madrasah Board/Administration of the School are represented. They submit that the petitioner is not the teacher-in-charge of the School.

Mr. Raja Saha, learned advocate for the State, submits that the petitioner's complaint

has carefully considered and the Police did not find any cognizable offence disclosed.

The petitioner has remedies in law. Any dispute with regard to the status of the petitioner may be agitated before an appropriate forum.

The parties have placed an order of a Coordinate Bench dated 20th September, 2022 passed in WPA 21157 of 2022 passed for the Administration of the School/Madrasah.

The Police clearly have no role to play in a dispute between the petitioner and the Managing Committee and the Madrasah.

8.

The writ petition is disposed of without any order except that the Contai Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the School.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
