Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Dipankar Paramanick .....For the State The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings relating to T.R. Case No.1241 of 2019 arising out of C.R. Case No.1253 of 2019 by the husband and the in laws of the matrimonial home of the private opposite party. The issues which have been canvassed in the revisional application relate to question of facts as it has been contended that the lady left her matrimonial home on her own and the allegations relating to torture are fanciful and no incident of such nature took place. Having considered the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate and the fact that the complainant was examined on oath wherein she has stated regarding the factum of inflicting torture upon her for demand of dowry, I am of the opinion that no case has been made out for interference.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 798 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
