The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Commerce at Hazinagar Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, P.O: Hazinagar, P.S: Naihati, District-24Parganas (North). The application of the petitioner for general transfer under Utsashree Portal has been returned by the authority on the ground that she is the single subject teacher of the said school.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the said finding of the authority, particularly when operation of the portal is under suspension.

W.P.A. 6870 of 2023 is therefore dismissed with the above terms without any orders as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
