The petitioner appearing in person submits that there are some incurable defects in the certified copy appended to the writ petition. As such, the petitioner not like to press the writ petition and would instead file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame grounds.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the selfsame grounds.
