None appears for the petitioners or for the opposite parties.

The revisional application was admitted in the year 2013 and there was an interim order till April 25, 2013. Thereafter, the petitioner did not purse the revisional application. On perusal of the revisional application it reflects that the petitioners relied upon certain photostat copies of documents for reflecting that he has not in association with the company/firm which has been reflected in the instant case. Be that as it may, this court cannot rely upon photostat copies of documents to come to a conclusion. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to produce the originals before the Learned Magistrate in course of trial for rebutting the evidence. With the aforesaid observations CRR 540 of 2013 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
