The only grievance raised in the instant writ petition relates to the delayed disposal of the tribunal application.

It appears that the said application was filed and taken on the board by the respective Bench of the tribunal and direction was passed upon the parties to exchange affidavits. Several dates were fixed but the pleadings could not be completed and ultimately the next date is fixed on 4th July 2022.

The learned Advocate for the respondent authorities assures before this Court that they would file their affidavit-in-opposition if some time is given to them. In view of the above and the fact that the next date is fixed on 4th July 2022, we direct the respondent authorities to file affidavit-in-opposition within two

weeks from date before the tribunal; reply thereto, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter. The tribunal is requested to take up the matter on the date so fixed and endeavour must be shown to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
