Petitioner complains that the private respondents entered into the premises of the petitioner and mercilessly assaulted the husband of the petitioner as a result of which he sustained injury and was admitted in hospital and had to undergo treatment for a considerable period of time and was not able to voluntarily move even. To that effect, medical documents have been enclosed along with the writ petition. However, the representation which was made before the police authorities were a mass petition and the same was on 10.08.2024 while the medical reports are of month December, 2024.

So far as the mass petition is concerned, report reflects that the same was enquired into and it was revealed that the mass petition was submitted in

retaliation to the complaint dated 02.04.2024.

However, since the petitioner submits that he is in possession of medical documents, a complaint along with medical document be submitted before the New Town Police Station. If the police authorities finds substance in the complaint as also enclosed medical documents, they would act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6639 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
