The petitioner complains that the private respondents have forcefully cultivated his land of which he is the patta holder.

2.

The police confirms the fact that the private respondents are interfering with his possession.

3.

The Gazole Police Station has taken out proceedings under Sections 107/116(c) of the Cr. P.C.

4.

In the event of any further obstruction by the private respondents and if the petitioner complains in that regard, formal FIR shall be registered.

5.

The petitioner shall be afforded appropriate protection to cultivate his land. If the private respondents have any claim in the

property, they may institute appropriate civil or statutory proceedings in that regard.

6.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
