Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Housewife was tortured on the ground she was dark and also over demands of dowry. She committed suicide within five months of marriage. Bail prayer was rejected earlier in January, 2023 on merits. There is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
