For petitioner Mr. Sinha Roy, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients had made complaint on 4th March, 2021 before Superintendent of Police, Birbhum and Officer-in-Charge, Suri Police Station. In the complaint there was recited history of misdeeds committed by private respondent nos.5 and 6. No action was taken by the police. Hence, the writ petition.

Affidavit-of-service is filed.

From the affidavit-of-service it appears that in stead of the police authorities, office of Government Pleader has been served. So far as private respondents are concerned, track records attached to the affidavit show that the postal items were received (for delivery). There is no confirmation of delivery. Nevertheless, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.4 to look into the representation of petitioners and take such steps as may be deemed fit and proper, in accordance with law. WPA 7602 of 2021 is disposed of.
