The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 19th January, 2022 issued by the District Education Officer, SSM, Birbhum. By the said communication, the prayer of the petitioner for receiving enhanced remuneration and extension of her service upto the age of sixty (60) years has been turned down.

The impugned order refers to review application being no. RVW 134 of 2017 which is pending disposal before this Court. The impugned order further refers to

Government Order 309/AC/PBSSM/2018 dated 10.10.2018.

The application for review is till sub judice and the Government Order is not readily available.

Let the matter appear in the list on 13th June, 2022.

Learned advocate for the State respondents is directed to produce a copy of the said order dated 10th October, 2018.

Learned advocate for the petitioner will be at liberty to take steps for pursuing for hearing of the review application pending adjudication before this Court.
