Learned Advocate for the petitioners appearing in virtual mode submits before this Court that the writ petitioners namely, Sri Sourendra Nath Pal and Dr. (Smt.) Krishna Pal had issued a letter dated November 15, 2024 stating inter alia that long standing dispute between them with KMDA had come to a successful conclusion by executing a deed of conveyance on June 20, 2024 which was registered on October 1, 2024.

In view of such, learned Advocate for the writ petitioners submits that an appropriate order may be passed for disposal of the instant contempt application. 3.

Learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor does not oppose such prayer.

In view of such, CPAN 457 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The letter dated November 15, 2024 as handed over in course of hearing on behalf of the writ petitioners is taken on record.
