And In Re : Sk. Murtaja @ Sk. Muktaja ..... petitioner Mr. Suman De ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Ms. Purnima Ghosh ... for the State Statements of the witnesses prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim who ultimately succumbed to injuries.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
