Perused the application, it appears that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from appearing before the Court when the matter was called on for hearing, the order dated April 01, 2024 is, therefore, recalled. W.P.A. 6360 of 2022 is restored to its original file and number.

I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of without any order as to costs.
