Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner intends to avail the remedy under the relevant scheme for settlement of disputes in question and considering such submission of the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 6359 of 2022 and the application being CAN 1 of 2023 are disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to avail the remedy under the relevant scheme for settlement of disputes in question before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
