In any event, the petitioners have their remedies elsewhere at least before a statutory forum under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 as and when the impugned action fructifies into an action under the said act.

WPA 6884 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that there is no 13(4) notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 as on date.
