1. The present revisional application has been filed, inter alia, praying for expeditious disposal of the execution case being Land Acquisition (Execution) Case No. 23 of 2020 pending before the Court of the learned Land Acquisition Judge (Additional District Judge), 3rd Court at Barasat, 24 Parganas (North).

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for, the present application is taken up for consideration without service of the revisional application on the opposite party.

3. The petitioner/decree holder complains that despite obtaining a decree on 6th January, 2020 in connection with L.A. Case No. 07/2007 arising out of Collectors Case No. L.A. 4/8 of 2000-01 and despite putting such decree into execution on 17th December, 2020 the decree holder/petitioner has not been able to reap the benefits of the decree. It is submitted that the

application for attachment filed by the decree holder/petitioner on 1st October, 2021 as appearing at page No. 17 of the present application is yet to be disposed of by the learned Court.

4. Upon perusal of the order sheet it would transpire that though the judgment-debtor had been filing Hazira, several adjournments had been allowed.

5. Having regard thereto and considering the prayer of the decree holder/petitioner, I am of the view that the application filed by the decree holder/petitioner on 1st October, 2021 for attachment, needs to be and accordingly be disposed of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

6. With the above observation and direction, the revisional application being CO 877 of 2024 is disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from this Court's official website.
