The application made by the petitioner seeking transfer on distance ground is pending consideration before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively

within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 5.

If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

Suspension of the Utsoshree portal will not stand in the way of consideration of the application seeking transfer.

Learned advocate of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all supporting documents in support of the prayer for transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 8.

Writ petition stands disposed.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

10.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
