The matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since some typographical errors occurred in the order dated 12.06.2025.

In the first page in the column with the heading „Date‟ after the words „Item No.‟ the figure „21‟ be deleted and in its place the figure „19‟ be inserted.

In the self-same order dated 12.06.2025 in paragraph no. 12 at page no. 4, the figure „6654‟ be deleted and in its place the figure „6645‟ be inserted.

In the self-same order dated 12.06.2025, the names of the learned advocates appearing for the State be deleted and in its place the following names be inserted „Mr. Jaharlal Dey‟ and „Mr. Durga Bhusan Mukhopadhyay‟.

In paragraph nos. 5, 6 and 8 wherever the word „Ganguly‟ appears, the same be deleted and in those places the word „Dey‟ be inserted.

Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 12.06.2025.
