Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated due to land dispute relating to a temple. The petitioner is a priest in the temple. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The victim who is 13 years of age implicates the petitioner in the offences alleged.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
