Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

In her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the victim implicates the petitioner in the offences alleged against him.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 968 of 2022 is dismissed.
