1. Contempt is alleged of order dated 25.08.2022 passed in WPA No. 9413 of 2022.

2. The D. I. of Schools (S.E.), South 24 Parganas is present in Court although there is no specific direction on him. This Court appreciates the same.

3. It appears that the D. I. of Schools(S.E.), South 24 Parganas has been making efforts by communicating with four near-by schools for seeking replacement of the petitioner/Smt. Mitali Bag, who teaches Political Science, and has not been received any favourable response.

4. The concerned D. I. of Schools (SE) shall continue to make efforts to trace out a suitable teacher to

accommodate the vacancy that may be created upon the petitioner's transfer.

5. Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. The personal presence of the alleged contemnors are dispensed with.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
