Accordingly, I draw an adverse inference against the school authorities.

The case of the petitioner is that the school authorities are not sending the relevant documents and bill with regard to the salary from September, 2020 to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.). It appears that the letter has been issued by the Administrator of the school on September 16, 2020 with regard to holding up of the salary of the petitioner on various grounds.

In my view, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Bankura should decide on the particular issue and sort out the problem.

Accordingly, I direct the District Inspector of School (S.E.), Bankura to pass a reasoned order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the school authorities as well as the petitioner within a period of ten weeks from date and the reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner two weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
