1. The petitioner claims to be the daughter of one, Tarkeshwar Singh, who has recently died.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have the particulars but seeks a direction on the respondent Bank to allow the petitioner to operate the Bank Account of the petitioner's deceased father.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that the petitioner's father did not have a nominee in respect of the concerned Bank account.

4. WPA 6899 of 2023 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bank to sort out the necessary details including furnishing evidence of the death of the petitioner's father.

5. The petitioner shall also be at liberty of complying with the directions which the Bank may issue for completion of the formalities.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
