In the 5th and 6th line of the second paragraph of the first page and the 2nd and 3rd line of the third paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression 'head of the institution' shall stand corrected to read as 'the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Uttar Dinajpur'.

After the 3rd paragraph, the following sentence shall be added;

'The petitioner shall make an application afresh for transfer expeditiously'.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated July 19, 2022.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
