Basu Mullick Mr. Biman Halder ... for the DPSC (Hooghly) The petitioner alleges that some candidates who have got lesser marks than the petitioner, which has been demonstrated in the writ application, has got appointment but the petitioner, though secured higher marks than them, has not been recommended and given appointment.

In this regard I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order thereon by two weeks

thereafter and to communicate the same by one week after passing the order.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
