The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer from Cooch Behar to Murshidabad on medical grounds.

In those circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, Cooch Behar shall ascertain the medical condition of the petitioner from the CMOH, Murshidabad and file a report along with comments and forward the same to the Secretary, WBBPE.

The Board upon receipt of the report from the Chairman, DPSC, Cooch Behar, shall pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of 11 weeks from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
