Falguni Das and another The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of CR Case No.309 of 2019 of 2019 pending before the learned ACJM, Haldia, Purba Medinipur under Sections 323/325/427/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contentions advanced in the revisional application relates to routine denial of factual circumstances as narrated in the petition of complaint as well as they being affected by the conduct of the complainant, the same are questions of fact. Having considered the grounds on which quashing of the complaint case has been prayed for, I am of the opinion that the same cannot be interfered at this stage by this Court. Consequently, the revisional application being CRR 809 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
