I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

Necessary correction is required to be done in paragraph 4 of the said order dated November 30, 2018. The said paragraph is to be deleted and substituted paragraph shall be as follows :- "Accordingly, let interest from February 01, 2014 to May 17, 2016 @ 8 % per annum be paid to the writ petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of this order".

The application for modification is disposed of. Re. : CPAN 282 of 2019 (Contempt) It is to be noted that there were certain corrections to be made in the order dated November 30, 2018. The same have been incorporated, and accordingly, the Authority concerned is directed to pay the interest amount to the petitioner as directed in the order dated November 30, 2018. Needless to mention, if any payments

have already been made to the petitioner, the same shall be taken into account while processing this calculation. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt application is disposed of.
