Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has mentioned the matter for enlistment for correction of the order dated 21st January, 2022.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate that paragraph 2 at page 3 of the order dated 21st January, 2022 is to be corrected as the petitioner is in possession of the original disability certificate which was valid till June 2021 and has deposited a photocopy of the same before the Medical Board at the time of issuance of the fresh disability certificate and a docket number has been given at the time of depositing the photocopy of the disability certificate for renewal. Accordingly, paragraph 2 at page 3 of the order dated 21st January, 2022 is modified as under.

"The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the photocopy of the disability certificate which was valid till June 2021 has since been submitted for renewal before the Medical Board against the docket number which has been issued in his favour and the petitioner is presently holding the original disability certificate valid till June 2021 and the docket number for issuance of the renewed disability certificate."

The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
