The petitioner is the wife of the victim who committed suicide. The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail. She says that the complaint was lodged by the victim's mother 3 months after the incident when the mother came to know that the petitioner has applied for a job in the concerned Government Department where the husband was working, on compassionate ground. The petitioner says that her case should be considered sympathetically as she has a five years old son and there is nobody else to look after the child.

We have considered the material in the case diary. We have seen a suicide note left behind by the victim which

unequivocally says that the petitioner is responsible for the victim killing himself. Investigation is going on. In view of the gravity and seriousness of the charge and since investigation is not complete and also taking into consideration the material on record, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM No. 2740 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
